Rationale:
The progressive framework of the times recognize the agency’s human resource as its most valuable assets. One of the concern of the progressive government is career and personnel advancement, since every official and employees in the government is an asset or resources to be valued, developed and harnessed so that they can perform better in the delivery of basic services to the public, one human resource development for all agency personnel at all levels are established as mandated under Book V of Executive Order No. 292 by the Civil Service Commission. Hence, this training for personnel growth.
Objectives:
To refresh and to give chance to all Accounting personnel to observe another progressive city on the conduct of performance of their duties and to upgrade existing skill levels in new development and innovation like computerization program and etc.
