Today is special non-working holiday per Presidential Proclamation No. 1403. To give the people the fullest opportunity to participate in the Sangguniang Kabataan and Barangay Elections and exercise their right to vote.
My main criteria for choosing our next barangay officials is their integrity and honesty, not their "winnability".
