Who Moved My Cheese by Spencer Johnson is about change. It teaches us how to adopt change and explore effects in our life with an open mind.
It follows a parable of four fictional characters of two mice named Sniff and Scurry and to little people named Hem and Haw. They live in a maze and spend their their days scampering for search of cheese. They have distinctive style for hunting of cheese. Sniff is good at sniffing out cheese, Scurry is for scurrying after recently discovered cheese, Hem and Haw are not so focused on search of cheese but rather reasoning about the hunt.
One day they discovered a huge cheese, Hem and Haw assert that it is not longer necessary for the search of cheese and they are comfortable for their find. Their drive for search of another piece of cheese was set aside. Until one day their supply of cheese drained and nothing left for the four of them. Sniff and Scurry search for new supply of cheese but Hew and Haw were not able to deal with the unexpected change but Haw is able to beat his fears and follow Sniff and Scurry in the maze in search of new cheese. Hem stay put, thinking in someway that their cheese will be replaced again. At first pursuit of Haw in search of cheese in the maze, Haw is scared but he realize that he is enjoying the quest for cheese. The three were able to able discover a new piece of cheese.
